Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Original Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn condition
- Original Packaging: All items must be returned in their original packaging, including cases, cleaning cloths, and documentation
- Tags Intact: All original tags and labels must be attached and undamaged
- No Damage: Items showing signs of wear, damage, or modification cannot be returned
- Prescription Lenses: Glasses with custom prescription lenses cannot be returned unless defective
How to Return Your Item

Processing Time

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:

Damaged or Defective Items

Warranty Information
All authentic Loewe glasses come with manufacturer warranties:
- Manufacturing Defects: 1-year warranty from purchase date
- Lens Issues: 90-day warranty on prescription lenses
- Normal Wear: Not covered under warranty
